Pricing and Usage Limits
devgrowthlab keeps pricing simple and predictable, designed especially for indie and small-team developers. We know that analytics tools can get expensive fast - that’s why our pricing is based on your app’s actual activity, not raw event counts.
How Pricing Works
Section titled “How Pricing Works”We calculate pricing using your 7-day rolling average of Daily Active Users (DAU). This means that if you have more users one day and fewer the next, your plan stays stable and fair.
Two main tiers cover most teams:

If your app grows (congrats!) or your DAU drops, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you downgrade, we’ll credit the difference toward future payments.
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”Every new project starts with a free trial. During this period, you can explore all Team-tier features with no restrictions. At the end of your trial, we’ll automatically recommend the best plan for you, based on real usage data.
Usage Details
Section titled “Usage Details”- Soft limit: You can go up to 10% over your DAU limit temporarily. We’ll email you if you’re close. If you go over this limit then we’ll protect you from bill shock by not processing more data than your tier allows.
- Extra capacity: devgrowthlab can understand retention from a single event per user a day, if you need to track more cohorts or send multiple updates per user a day? You can easily add additional packages to your subscription.
- Events per DAU: Plans are designed to allow you to send a maximum of 2 events per user per day, if you exceed that, we’ll let you know.
Unlike many analytics services that charge per event, devgrowthlab protects you from unexpected costs. If usage spikes or someone tries to game your system, our tier-based pricing means you’re always in control.
Flexible by Design
Section titled “Flexible by Design”If you need something custom, for example higher event limits or support for higher DAU, our support team can create a flexible package that fits your product.
